When he turned sixteen, he got the keys to the family car and the restaurant where he became the Manager. Italian Kitchen founder, Joe De Santis began working at the family pizza places on the weekends. With the Great service and personality that Jared gave to me and my wife and the FANTASTIC food that the Cielo Restaurant served, we will definitely be coming back to this calm and great-tasting Restaurant. Spinning pizza dough since he was nine years old, L.A. I also had a side dish of Bacon & Smoked Cheddar Mac and Cheese which was the best I have ever had. We then shared a Signature dish of Shrimp Scampi which was so tasty.

I then had a bowl of French Onion Soup that was delicious. Both Starters were so tasty and so different.

We started our dinner with Cielo Crab Cake and some Crispy Coconut Shrimp. The Food we ordered was so different, and so Great Tasting. It was my wife and my Anniversary we were celebrating, and Jared did a great job doing everything to make our night AWESOME ! We started our meals with 2 cocktails from the large Bar area in the restaurant which were very good. Jared our server was one of the nicest and very professional servers we have ever seen. They have a person playing some calm and nice piano tunes in the middle of the seating areas. OMG, this Cielo Restaurant was 27 floors above the Morongo Casino and was FANTASTIC ! The seating areas and views of the mountains out of the windows were breathtaking.
